Welcome to Prophecy Chain, a faith-driven nonprofit dedicated to preserving God’s prophetic messages through immutable blockchain technology. Inspired by the call to serve God’s harvest, we provide a platform for prophets to record divine revelations as permanent tokens, while fostering transparency in donations and support for prophets, the broader blockchain community, and faith-based causes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

As a nonprofit organization, we operate with integrity, prioritizing your trust and the eternal preservation of God’s word. These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the limitations of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material updates via the website or email.

2. User Accounts and Verification

  • Registration: Certain features, such as submitting prophecies or accessing advanced dashboard tools, may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Verification: Prophets may use anonymous verification methods to confirm identity for submissions. This ensures trust in the community without compromising privacy.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

3. Content Submissions (Prophecies)

  • Your Submissions: When you submit prophecies (text, audio, video, or other content), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute it on the Services. This includes recording immutable identifiers on the blockchain.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but submissions become part of the public record via blockchain. We do not claim ownership of the prophetic messages themselves.
  • Guidelines: Content must align with our faith-based mission, be original, and not infringe on others’ rights. Prohibited content includes hate speech, illegal activities, or spam.
  • Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove submissions that violate these Terms, though we do not guarantee pre-approval.

4. Donations and Payments

  • Donations: Contributions support our mission (85% allocated: 40% to prophets, 30% to the blockchain ecosystem, 25% to churches and nonprofits; 15% for operations). Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Processing: Payments are handled securely by third-party services. We do not store sensitive payment information.
  • Transparency: All donations are recorded on the blockchain for public verification. You agree to the public nature of these records.
  • Tax Deductions: As a nonprofit, donations may be tax-deductible where applicable. Consult your tax advisor.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Services, including text, logos (e.g., silver cross with Flower of Life and blockchain elements), and dashboard features, are owned by Prophecy Chain or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
  • User Content: As noted above, your submissions are licensed to us but remain yours.
  • Trademarks: “Prophecy Chain” and related marks are our property. Do not use them without authorization.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with the Services’ operation (e.g., hacking, spamming).
  • Impersonate others or submit false prophecies.
  • Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in activities that could harm our nonprofit status or mission.

We may investigate violations and take action, including account suspension or legal remedies.

7. Disclaimers

  • No Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or divine origin of prophecies—interpretation is between you and God.
  • Blockchain Risks: Blockchain records are immutable, but the network may experience delays, forks, or technical issues. We are not liable for such events.
  • Donation Outcomes: We strive for faithful distribution, but actual impacts depend on external factors.
  • Third-Party Links: Links to external sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prophecy Chain, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (e.g., contract, tort).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prophecy Chain, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violations of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Racine County, Wisconsin.

You waive any right to a jury trial.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and us.
